Artist's Comments
I drew this while I was on vacation at the beach in South Carolina. I always feel so at peace there, and I guess it inspired me to draw something sorta decent. This is one of the few things I've been pleased with in quite a while. It scanned badly and I tried to put a dumb background on it that sorta ruins it, but oh well.
It's supposed to be SilverWing standing at the edge of a balcony, like the one I stood at everyday and night while at the beach. Granted, the balcony doesn't really look like a balcony but oh well, I gave it a go and I've never drawn a balcony before. Too bad my hands are so shaky the lines aren't straight.
Anyway. I tried to make her look a lot like me here... down to the exact outfit and jewlery and crap.
